Who We Are

I have been a recruiter since 2012, starting in Medical recruiting then transitioning into Engineering and Construction.  Having established excellent contacts and client relationships, my partner and I made the decision to go out on our own, forming C & M Group Placement Services, Inc. in August of 2015.

My business partner died in October of 2018 at which point I purchased the business and changed the name to C and M Group Placement Services, LLC.  I am the sole owner and interest holder of this firm.

I (and some very talented recruiting team members) have built a boutique recruiting firm, primarily focused on the search and placement of high level professionals within the Construction, Civil Engineering Design, MEP, Architectural, Urban Planning and Environmental arenas.

During the first several months of the Covid 19 epidemic, interviewing and hiring completely stopped and my firm had to shift gears to include individual and client coaching.  We now have a portion of our business dedicated to helping individuals research and target appropriate career opportunities, find the right hiring authorities to whom to introduce themselves and prepare for all phases of the interviewing process (1st interview to salary negotiation).  We also coach hiring authorities within our client companies on how to attract, interview and hire top talent, most especially “passive” candidates.

We are based in Sarasota, FL but our reach is nationwide.

When I started this company, my vision was to create a reputation for unwavering ethical standards and to be known for bringing the best, most qualified talent to the table.  I and my team have done just that.
